Context
The Tân Phú Hưng New Urban Area in Hải Dương City covers approximately 80.6 ha and was developed by Newland Investment JSC. The project was initiated to expand urban space to the southwest, integrate technical infrastructure and meet growing housing demand.
Challenge
Designed as a modern open-space community integrated with a water-based ecological system. Additional social-housing zones and mixed-use commercial/service facilities were introduced to strengthen social welfare provision.
The team's role
Led concept design and development of the concept dossier. Prepared and quality-controlled the 1:500 Detailed Planning dossier.
Result
Project approved in 2016. Sales launched in 2017. Construction start: 2017.
