Context
Phong Điền lies about 10–15 km southwest of Cần Thơ city center. Known as the city’s green belt, it is characterized by an intricate canal network, lush fruit orchards and the distinctive river culture of the Mekong Delta.
Challenge
The project required coordination with an international consultant while fully complying with Vietnamese regulations; all communication and presentations were bilingual.
The team's role
In collaboration with DPA Singapore. Delivered bilingual project presentations. Led coordination and development of the project concept dossier.
Result
The bilingual concept was presented to relevant authorities and received positive feedback.
