Context
Under Quảng Ninh Province’s urban spatial development strategy, Hạ Long is envisioned as an international service and tourism city with a polycentric, green-growth model. Cửa Lục Bay serves as the central connector for transport and urban space, with an emphasis on coordinated technical infrastructure.
Challenge
The project targets high-end, environmentally responsible island and coastal tourism products and an urban model with modern smart infrastructure, pioneering large-scale smart-city development. The work progressed continuously from concept through the 1:2,000 Zoning Plan dossier.
The team's role
In collaboration with SJ. Coordinated development of SJ’s concept dossier for presentations to relevant authorities.
