Context
Night-time economy districts are still a new urban typology in provincial cities, requiring landscape design that supports nighttime commercial operations. This project pioneers the model in Bắc Giang.
Challenge
With no domestic precedent to reference, the landscape had to create an engaging experience while remaining operationally practical and maintainable.
The team's role
Led concept design and Basic Design documentation—giving NIIN end-to-end responsibility from concept through implementation.
Result
Project under construction. Commercial sales launched.
