Context
A new urban area in Phnom Penh, Cambodia required a Phase 2 development concept that would connect seamlessly with Phase 1 for the developer, Mekong Land.
Challenge
The Client wanted a distinctive urban development in Cambodia that could compete with other successful developments in Phnom Penh while retaining a recognizably Cambodian urban character.
The team's role
Led concept design and quality control of the concept dossier, while coordinating with an international consultant to co-develop the project and prepare for direct presentations to the Client.
Result
Concept presented in Cambodia in 2023.
