Context

The Fansipan–Hàm Rồng area is one of Vietnam’s most landscape-and ethnic-identity-sensitive tourism destinations.

Challenge

The project required coordination with an international consultant while fully complying with Vietnamese regulations; all communication and presentations were bilingual.

The team's role

In collaboration with DPA Singapore. Led preparation and quality control of the appraisal and approval dossier.
